Insolvency proceedings in self-administration have been successfully terminated with effect from 30.06.2025

We would like to inform you that the insolvency proceedings in self-administration of our company were terminated by decision (see attachment) of the local court of Hagen with effect from midnight on June 30, 2025.
This means that the proceedings have been successfully concluded, and the management is once again fully and independently in charge of all business decisions with immediate effect.
We would like to expressly thank all stakeholders for the trust they have placed in us and for their constructive support throughout the entire process. We would particularly like to emphasize the unanimous approval and recognition of the insolvency plan by the creditors' committee and the representatives of the various creditor groups. This support was an important milestone on the way to a successful restructuring.
